I was sent a bottle of stream to see to review I did so based on my and several others experience I'm posting this update.
I am still impressed and will be using this as my defog.
One of my regular buddies forgot her baby shampoo on our last two dives so she used some of this. She said she had fogging issues both times. A asked if she was a nose breather, she said yes. I said that's why.
So if your a nose breather it might not work as well, as for me I continue to be impressed with it.
