I'd appreciate any comments; pros and cons on the Subal SB800 case. Santa just brought me a Nikon SB800, (and a 105VR!) and I'm giving serious consideration to housing it; primarily for macro work. I'll be using it with a D200 in a Sea & Sea housing. Yes..., I do know the subal case ain't cheap!

From conversation with a friend (no firsthand experience), it will work good for macro (~1') but don't expect much more than that. I have an SB800 for topside but have no plans to house it. I would take the money that the Subal housing costs and put it towards a good strobe....it is much more versatile.
