The clip and retractor are great, just snapped it onto my BCD where its easily reachable. "I've only used this torch for one trip to the Caribbean but found his is a wonderful general purpose torch to carry in your BCD. It's small enough to easily fit into a BC pocket when not in use. The light beam is bright and has a nice consistent width. I found it useful for swim throughs, looking under coral heads and in holes for critters on day dives. During my one night dive I was impressed with how much light it put out.
