I have been struggling with this issue since I upgraded to Catalina and it has driven me crazy. Tried all recommendations and nothing worked until I just followed the above attached file instructions to the letter and now DM5 is
fully working on my MacBook Air running Catalina 10.15.1. :yeahbaby:
I use MacDive2 for logging but also need DM5 for my EON Steel.

Thank you Mr. Moon for the fix and I hope your solution works for other frustrated Catalina users :)
