Tank went to get VIP today. The guy said that the sides look great but there was very light rust on the bottom. The bottom is concave to stand on its own. This guy wanted $100 to tumble it..... i passed. I thought that was steep.
 
That's a bit steep - check around, should be able to find someplace (or someone) much cheaper (< $40) - if you were up near me I'd tumble it for a couple bucks - I built my own tumbler because I have several old steels and most LDS's (that's I've dealt with) have no clue how to deal with them.
