Tank Rack For Under Gunwales

Little help... I have a 26ft. Regulator and the boat has bolsters all around the boat. I have a space under the gunwales that I can mount to but it’s to deep to flush mount. I’ve been laying tanks on their backs for years but it takes so much space. We usually do 3 tank dives 4 people. Distribution of weight from front to back would help a lot. Any ideas / pictures would be awesome! Pictures of a Regulator setup for diving would be great.

I mounted Roll Control racks on the plastic strip of my pockets. Maybe you could install a bar across the gunwale that could hold tank racks in a similar fashion.
