Taxi Cab Surcharges

Does anyone know what the following taxi cab surcharges are?

-Using one from a queue at the grocery store or pier.
-Calling one to a hotel or restaurant.
-Putting bags in their trunk.

Far as I know nothing for bags. The fares from the ferry pier I think are posted right there as I remember for the other week.

When we call one to pick us up at the house to ferry, El Centro to El Centro he charged us 40 peso. I think regular el centro to el centro isnt much less than that?

If I'm reading the rate chart correctly, it's 8 pesos, and yes, no surcharge for opening the trunk.

I should have known @El Graduado had it...

So technically, 26 for centro to centro plus 8 for calling them is 34, so that close to 40

You need to know the stuff. There are cabs that will rip you off, but most don't!

Usually, but not always. There are plenty of drivers who love to gouge gringos.

You need to know the stuff. There are cabs that will rip you off, but most don't!
