I sent my Techniflex in to USIA due to a leak. Will I get something back telling me what was leaking such as a zipper or seam?

There should have been something sent back with the suit letting you know what the issue was. Unfortunately, sometimes when a suit comes in for a leak, it gets pressure tested and fixed and sent out right away. If it is a more serious issue, we call the dive shop and inform them of the issue and get authorization to do the repair.

If you send us an email with your RGA number, we can track it and get back to you.

    Thanks,
