    Diver to Tender:
    1 Diver is OK
    2 Tender make notation
    2+2+2 Have problem, OK, alert backup diver
    3+3+3 OK, but needs help from backup diver
    4+4+4 Needs immediate help!
    6+6 Found the object

    Tender to Diver:
    1 Stop. Face line & tighten. You OK?
    3 Search in direction of diver's Right
    4 Search in direction of diver's Left
    2+2 Search immediate area
    3+3 Stand by
    4+4 Surface

    Our regional dive teams have switched over to ERDI guidelines which have dictated more tethering so we have been headed that way also as a region.
