The reefing of the Texas Clipper has been moved to Friday, November 16. She will be towed out to her final resting place in the morning and reefed in the early afternoon. If you are interested in viewing the sinking you can check the TPWD website for information at Texas Clipper Ship Overview.

How is 'mother natures' side looking for this reefing?

The sinking has been postponed till Saturday morning.

The Texas Clipper is on her way to her final resting place. We watched her come down the channel from the Port of Brownsville and past the jetties. Quite a crowd gathered for the sendoff. She will be reefed in the morning.
