I'm Soooooo Confused!?!?!?!?

I believe the caretaker’s name was Jerry. At least that’s what I have written next to the phone number he had given me. I agree that he didn’t seem like the kind of person that would own a quarry, but on the other hand, I don’t think that quarries use to be worth that much. Except for diving, what good are they. When did a whole in the ground, full of water, start being worth millions of dollars?
 
It doesn't have to be millions to be out of most peoples reach.
