Thanks for the kind words. Oldbear. We were also pleasantly suprised to hear from some readers in Akumal Mexico last week, and even did some pictures with them, and signed a few books now headed to Canada and the Eastern US. And of course, local DM and instructor Marco at the Akumal dive shop, thanks to him for an ego boost as he even wanted a photo with us. I for one do not photography well, but Debbie does, so it balanced out.

A nice quick read to make you an even better diver!

Here's a recent review from Amazon:
By Snap 2014 Verified Purchase Ok, what an awesome relieve from all other boring reading out there. These folks are like my heroes. Not because they dive and not because they discovered a cure for stupidity, but because they can spot someone doing something dumb, unsafe, and just plain annoying, and they call them out (in the book) in plain colorful English. You can feel their frustration in every exclamation point and in every sarcastic remark. Vary cool read and vary cool people.

This is a VERY funny book, filled with stories illustrating the need for rules of etiquette among divers and just what they should be.

Common sense things that most people should know, and I can think of a few folks that would benefit from reading this but unfortunately they never will. Well written but pretty short for the price.

Funny, and true! a good read to either commiserate or to remind yourself how to avoid the social faux pas that can happen in the dive world

Great intro to the "scuba snobs", and their view of the world of scuba diving. Anecdotes that will leave you laughing, but might also give you pause for thought. If you see yourself in one of their stories, you know you need to make some changes in the way you interact with scuba divers, and in the way you handle your scuba diving. Excellent read, and far too short!
