Rred, Yes, Diveheart Florida is a newly registered 501 c3. i'm the president of both charities. As Diveheart Florida developes, we'll have some very specific projects and goals in the South Florida area that will compliment the original Diveheart's overall goals and serve more people worldwide who have disabilities.
