Everytime I see one of these articles I think by myself that shoddy network security is to blame almost every time. What is it with businesses not having learnt yet that there's a threat out there and that they should be keeping a watchful eye on things, but noooo it's more important that they rake in the $$$. Bugger the fact that their clients are put at risk.

Exactly! Most businesses think that there isn't anything on their site worth the expense of getting a decent firewall and having it configured properly. If they do have one put in, most don't change the default settings.

It is well worth the extra $$$ to have good network security. I'm with ya, bro.
