    There were two divers at that depth, a student and an instructor. One of the two, not sure which, shoot to the surface from 45m, no sure whether the diver panicked or there was a different underlying problem.

    Was these open water students or technical training students? 150ft depth shouldnt even be accessible to a open water student in my opinion. I dont mean denying access to a site but more of instructors using areas that cant go that deep to begin with.
