The Tigullio T52 Airtrack Plus (and the basic Airtrack) are widely available here in the UK and in mainland Europe, but I don't know if or how widely they are available in the US.
The Airtrack didn't exactly set us alight on a recent group test of regs, but the Airtrack Plus performed very well, even in 4°C waters and us all taking the proverbial, purging for 10 secs, etc, etc, trying to get it to freeflow. In the UK it is a very reasonably priced regulator and it breathed nearly as well as the Scubapro and Apeks in the same price bracket.

It's a great regulator, but I can't find a place for parts over here in the US. It performs very well in cold water.MarkUK:
