What tire tube size would I need to make my own hose retainer or a cover for my cam bands on an Al80? I'm looking to cut the tire tubes from the center outward rather than around the circumference. Thanks!

I went to local tire shop & picked through the scrap. An aluminum tank has circumference of 21 & a bit inches. So I measured across tubes & found one 9 inches = 18 circumference (allows 3" stretch). I cut them 2 inches was & ad a flap to pull on.
