Will the Torus 26# wing work with a Dive Rite Transpac? Will I need a STA? I was looking at the Oxycheq Mach V Signature 30# till I saw the Torus

I'm not a Transpac expert.
I think you can mount a wing with a STA to a TP. I haven't tried it.
If you need a 26 lbs wing I can assume you need a fair amount of ballast.
My recommendation would be to use a SS plate and harness. The plate provides ballast and stability. With a DSS plate and DSS wing you won't need a STA.
