Any transgender men here willing to discuss P-valves? I fully understand it is a sensitive topic, feel free to PM me instead of a public reaction :)

With the caveat that I'm cisgendered and thus might miss a lot of stuff, so please tell me if I'm making an ass out of myself. But anyway:

As far as I understand, the whole point for a male (cis or trans) is to have a condom catheter which fits. So, as long as the condom catheter fits, it really shouldn't matter whether you're a cis or (post-op) trans male.

It is not so straight forward - I know lot about P-valves and how do they connect to your body parts, it is not a newbie question. Not all trans men are post-op, those who aren't but started their HRT could most probably not fit She-P, those who are post-op but don't have their urethra extended couldn't fit P-valve solution for cis male either cis female.

No more cis bias please, looking for somebody who has a personal experience with that and will know what I am talking about :)

There is a she-p competitor now. Not sure if it would be more useful but will try to find the source or link I saw. Or maybe someone else will chime in.

There's always the old standby diapers.

I don’t exactly know what this discussion is about. But there is a thing called the he-wee that would be worth looking into.
