Can you show some pics of the actual parts and an explanation of how this differs from the typical setup on a hog or scuba pro g250 2nd stage.
 
I am home enjoying labour day at the moment... and suspect that tomorrow I will get quite busy shipping orders.



A typical poppet in a balanced second stage is all angles and must be aligned to the lever feet. My poppet is designed to not disturb the gas flow, it also inside teh turbo area (pat pending) has vanes that create a vortex to increase the flow of said gas, and make it exit the barrel into the second stage/mouthpiece tunnel better. A added bonus is no messing around to align the lever legs just right
