Tusa Talis Deco - How To Read

Hi Fellow Tusa users,

I have Tusa Talis, but not sure how to read the Deco part. I'm the new owner of Dive comp so I still need some advises on how to operate and read the detail.

on the left hand side "Deco" part sometimes showing a bar... I'm wondering what does this mean and what would be the solution to adress this?
