Chamber Day, Chamber Day, & Chamber Day
(please scroll down for details)
Did I mention that Chamber Day is approaching . . . ???

CHAMBER DAY IS THIS WEDNESDAY - We're in the final throes of getting ready for this annual (fun) event. As I'm writing this, Betsy Suttle & Marilyn Lawrence are here at Chamber Day HQ getting all the various forms and lists we need for Wednesday night. Susy Horowitz came by to pick up the boat boxes and will deliver those so there will be manifests, waivers, and all the other things needed for a dive boat day Wednesday morning. Karl Huggins has his volunteer crew on the island - assuming they're not needed for an actual emergency - packing t-shirts for each of the boats as well as sorting out the pre-paid shirts that will be picked up at Chamber Evening. The boats are making sure they are fueled up and crewed up for Wednesday. And many of you, if you didn't dive this weekend, many also have started packing gear in anticipation of the events of the day. As I frequently say, there's a LOT of moving parts to this event and it all doesn't "just happen" as there's groundwork to be laid, logistics to be planned, and a lot more. We literally spend about six months planning this event and it all comes to fruition on Wednesday. If you haven't yet gotten involved - aka "donated" - there's still time.

CHAMBER EVE - There's ONE seat left (out of 350) at the AVDD table.

CHAMBER DAY - There are 3 spots on Liberty, 1 on Pacific Star, 3 on Sundiver, and 1 on Sundiver Express.

FLYING DUTCHMAN - Unlimited spots. (Make the grumpy Dutchman captain happy.)

CHAMBER CHALLENGE - There's room for your donation.

Reef Seekers has served as Chamber Day HQ since the beginning and it's a role that we happily fulfill. We hope you'll step into your role of supporting our Chamber. If everyone who dives - even if you no longer dive SoCal - gave just $100 every year, we'd be in good shape.

That'll do it for now. Have a great week, support our Chamber, and let's go diving soon!!!
