Hi y'all.
Recently did a dusk/night dive in one of my regular dive spots - 10-15m sandy bottom, inlet to the ocean.
During this dive we saw a number of weird little things that I had never seen before.... please be patient with my unscientific description.

About as long as my forearm but we did see some slightly smaller ones.
It was a clearish white tapering cylinder with the thinner part on top.
It was covered in small white "hairs" that sprouted from its "body" in patches of 6-10.
Closest man made thing I can match it to is a bottle brush.

Any suggestions? I was told it was a sea pen, but looked them up and definately not that. Normally I would have taken a picture, but as Sony is being blah about my warranty, no camera.
