Unidentified dive gear, what is this?

Looks a lot like a “Best Divers Shaker Peanut”, but I would not discount a “lifestyle” thingie.

Maybe it floats just over the diver as a diver/pair/group id float:
Diver: "Jim in red, sally is blue, tom is green"
Pair: "Why are none of the buddy teams together??"
Group: "If you are a blue diver, and you find yourself surrounded by red divers, this is not your group."

But then one shark says to the other shark: ""You eat the blue diver, the story ends. You wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. You eat the red diver, you stay in Wonderland, and I show you how deep the rabbit hole goes."

Sorry Mark IV, you did solve it first. Wookie told me how to fix it. I really did have to beat the crap out of it to get it to work, and its still pretty poor. In hindsight, Im glad it wasn't the end of a bang stick!
