Updated the desktop and Android app.

Uploaded my dives from the weekend and all my dive times changed by about 5 hours. The Teric is and was set to the current time zone, and is my home default time zone. So there was no change from previous dives. When I looked at my dives on the boat the times were correct. Now they are not after the updates.
