I routinely service my tank valves and normally replace the burst disc with yearly service since they are one time use. But was thinking, could you leave the burst disc in place when putting the body in the ultrasonic cleaner? I’ve never seen this addressed b4.

The valve service, with durst disc replacement, is normally done when hydro is done in its five year interval not on yearly basis. Why do you do the valve service and burst disc replacement on yearly basis?

I pull apart my valves every year when doing vip and o2 cleaning. Especially the cylinders that are partial pressure blended or 100% O2.
