(using SB) How to add @user in to the message?

Dear All!

Many times I see in the text of messages like this: @user
I know, how it looks in bbcode (make a quote of such record and change view to BBcode editor), it is possible to add manually by typing

[user=1]@user[/user]

Is it really only single way, how to add? May be exists more simple way to do it?
Please, disclosure this secret to me

Just type the @ followed by the member name (no space) and select it. If you don't have the exact spelling - the system will present options.
