I went with them on a open-water when they certified two previously non-diver friends of mine a few months ago. The staff were professional, friendly, and I got a very good feeling from the shop. Everyone I dealt with at the shop was top notch. My only complaint about the shop is that they didn't seem to carry many equipment manufactures. I enjoy shops that have a large selection of gear. But I would book trips or certifications with them in a heartbeat.
