Anyone been to Venice lately? How does the weather and water look there for next week?

Last weekend I had 3'-6' from the beach. The weather this week has been decent so I am hoping for even better conditions.

The weather is fine, but there is red tide still lingering out in the gulf, alot of dead fish floating on top ot the water. I dove saturday and the vis was only 3 feet not much to see.

Nope, the real Venice :)

I was down there last Sunday. Viz was about 5' or so. I didn't really notice any red tide effects (fish, respiratory issues...etc). There were some small jellies in the water but with a full suit they didn't bother me at all. Weather and water conditions were near dead calm. I was going to go back down this Sunday but I think we're gonna head to the Keys for some bug hunting instead.

Hit Venice yesterday and there was no viz and a slight smell of red tide. Twas a bummer.
