Do you guys turn on your audio recorder when you're diving?

I just bought a and activeoncx video camera and and used it last month in the Dominican Republic. I left the audio on and just got a lot of breathing and rumbling noise. I was thinking about turning it off and maybe downloading some music with the diving

What are your thoughts?

You can delete the audio track in post when editing and add a music track. There are lots of sources for royalty free music. But i have been thinking of maybe just turning the volume of that audio track down so it is just audible and lay some music in another track. So the result will be the music track with the breathing as a subtle undertone.
