Just checking back in to see how things were going; my "email notify" of new posts doesn't always work as intended.
As mentioned earlier, if the outer rubber rings (from the "Classic" version) are permanently attached to the suit (outside on the sleeve), there's no need to send the suit back in. It's all set to have the bayonets jammed in.

Viking was in the middle of moving from NH down to MA about the time the prior posts were made so if one of the "new guys" were talked to, the info passed along may not have been accurate.
The personnel issues have settled down (with some employee turnover) & it looks like they have a pretty darn good crew in there now.

With the temporarily mounted "Classics" it is still possible to stretch & mount a new cuff over a blown out one even if the gloves are not worn. (or sandwich it inside over the hard plastic inner ring).

It might be time for me to try out some video & post to one of the online video sharing sites, what do ya think?
