Attending a military reunion this September in Charleston and would like to do some diving while there. Looking for recommendations on boats and shops.

Try Charleston Scuba. I have not used them but talked with them several years ago when I thought a trip in the area would work out. As you cross the Ashley River bridge going out of town, they are on the left.

Hope it works out for you.

Thank you and I will give them a call.
I made my very first ocean dive with Charleston Scuba. I was nervous and really overthinking things on the ride out. The crew noticed and got me out of that and made both of my dives that day a great experience. I'll be going back this summer, for sure.

Is Charleston Scuba still in business? I can't reach their website, and looks like their last TripAdvisor review was in 2021.

No, unfortunately the shop burned down a few years ago and they decided to close rather than rebuild.
