I have a Vyper Air from around 2012. The computer has 552 hours of dives on it and I have been happy with it.

The compass will no longer calibrate. I've read the other threads about calibration and have done it many times before in the past.

Is it fine to continue diving this computer or is this a signal I should be looking to replace it?

Please explain the procedure you are following to calibrate the compass feature. I ask because I was not doing it correctly when I first purchased my Vyper2. Once I figured out how to properly calibrate the compass I have not had any problem with either the Vyper2 or the Vyper Air I currently dive with (originally purchased in 2011).
