Walking Fish?

I have some lousy GoPro video of a batfish walking a dozen feet under the Frederikstedt pier in St. Croix. But your fish isn't nearly ugly enough to be a batfish.

That would be a Devil Scorpionfish, Scorpaenopsis dabolus.
