Wanted Mares Axis demand lever.

Does anyone have a spare Axis demand lever (not certain but it looks like every other Mares lever and might not be model specific).

Previous owner thought the best way to stop a ff caused by high IP was to screw in the 2nd stage oriface until the lever fell off.
Also need the plastic cosmetic end cap for a MR12.

Any interest in 1st & 2nd stage MR12 lll . I am bought some jetfins and the party has the reg for sale but don't know what to ask. It's been sitting in a closet for 5 + years.
