Warranty Question.

I sent in the warranty registration cards for my Mares Reg and Octo about 5-6 weeks ago and I would like to know if I will receive anything back from Mares like a warranty card.

Within the packaging and paperwork is a plastic warranty card. This and the booklet is all you need for any warranty claims/ service records. You will not receive any paperwork back from Mares.

I didn't receive any plastic cards. I bought both the reg and octo from scubatoys.com. ???

Depending on the model... Mares stopped the whole plastic card thing. All they care about is proof it was purchased from an authorized dealer, and if you ever lose the receipt, we can turn it into a PDF and email it to you in a matter of seconds... so as they say in the islands... No worries!
