    It is sad. At least for Cozumel's sake this one didn't end in a missing diver and all the speculation of blaming the diving instead of the truth of it just being a medical condition.

    Sure stinks at that age (50) ... even worse when on vacation with the family. Makes you realize we are not immortal (be thankful for every day). Prayers for the family -

    DreaminofSand&Salt: I totally agree. So young and on vacation with his wife & daughter. I bet they will go away with a negative memory of Mexico. Too bad

    Likely an "infarto", according to the article. Heart attack, but the Spanish word makes it sound like he died from a gaseous implosion :)

    Not only that but not recovering the deceased has to be an even worse ordeal for the family.
