Weather Conditions in May

Hi folks,

I am just about to book my trip to South Leyte but came along several reports saying May isn´t a good time to go there. I was told this year has seen a change and rain came in much later than usual.

Has anybody been to the PH in June?

Nearly every yr(June) for the last 20yrs!!
Of course, will be back in mid June.

Anything can happen, but my experience is the weather is noticeably cooler (though still hot) and hardly ever a wash out. All in all not a bad time to go.
