I recently started diving double lp50's. Stainless backplate

Drysuit with winter undergarments in Salt water I'm wearing 26# of lead, maybe slightly heavy.

Last pool in 3mm with single steel 100 in a pool in my dimension I wore 12 pounds and was heavy but not super heavy.

I'm taking my lp50's into the pool to do drills and wondering what should I start with for weight?

you probably will need no added weight or very minimal with the 3mm in the pool as the lp50s are likely just as negative if not more negative than the hp100 with bands/manifold accounted. the dimension also is a few pounds positively buoyant iirc. i would just hop in and then check if you need a few pounds on a belt.

The 50's on chart are about 1 pound positive combined.

Check how much your tank bands, manifold, and the extra 1st stage add to your negative. I am guessing you are a lot closer to -5lbs
