So, Sunday is the big day! I head to Hoods Port, Wash. for my SDI IDC, and on Thur-Fri my IEC. Hopefully, all will go well, and by this time next week I'll have passed my instructor course. This last week has been a major downfall,(caught the flu) and have not been able too do any swimming. The flu is under control but feel a little weak and out of sync for the swims. I'll just keep my fluids up so as not too cramp, and hopefully the times will come. Can't give into defeat just yet, just try my best and what happens, happens. I'll let you all know next week.
