Wenoka Knife mounting problem

I recently bought a wenoka squeeze titanium knife and have been dying to mount it on my Mares Icon Bc. But alas the "barnacle nuts" that it came with are too short for the overly thick mares grommets. Does anyone have any mounting ideas? I know it came with I house mounting kit but I want it on my Bc when the grommets are.
