West Coast - Hawaii - SUDS?

Can this program extend to the West Coast or Hawaii? I’m sure there are many divers and instructors out here in California and Hawaii that would love to get involved in this.

Cross link from the Socal forum- HSA (Handicapped Scuba Assoc) has a training program going in San Clemente June 7,8,9.

Not sure but I imagine this would be a good first step to assisting in the program.

In time we do plan to expand across the country. We would love to extend our program to the West Coast or Hawaii someday. At this time our main objective is to continue to raise awareness and funds for our program at Walter Reed. SUDS has over 70 divers who have completed their confined water portion of class. With funding they will be able to complete their open water portions through Operation Bottom Time and become certified divers.
