Ramasule, I think the prices are up to $10 & $15 USD for the bus and ferry and you're going to need more time. Going, clear Immigration & Customs whenever you can, catch the next bus to PDC that leaves, get there whenever, then take the next ferry - either company but do not buy round trip tickets.

Returning, get a much earlier start, take either ferry - whichever is next as they do not run on schedules really, bet at Cancun airport at least 2 hours before flight time, but the cafes there are ok for lunch. Getting together a group for a van may be easier on the return as you see new friends from the week on the same boat.

Glad to help a little, especially after not seeing the non-stop flight you got. Yeah there are two ferry companies, no discount for buying round-trip, and you never know which will be next to go. Their schedules are only general ideas.
