what is this? nudibranch? - found in Raja Ampat

the below found in about 20m deep in one of the Raja Ampat sites.
It was black coloured, spiney, and it was moving so it appeared to be some kind of nudibranch but I as not able to determine which side was it's head or its tail ...
I would appreciate if anyone had any ideas.
