What is this?

Hi All,
I hope its ok to post this one here, its a photo, its close to underwater (at high tide it is) so "underwater Photography" looked to be the best area.

Have some photos, I take its some sort of Coral, but what I want to know is the correct name for this.

Anyone have any ideas?

THose are soft corals which are exposed during low tide...
