Good luck. They are good cylinders. I have a pair that came with Dive Rite valves, and have passed up any number of them that didn't come with good valves. Occasionally good valves will come up for sale on eBay and similar, but it's rare and they don't go cheap.
I LOVE my PST HP100s and Lake Jocasse hooked me up with caps.. I sidemount the hell out of em..
