I ended up going with coki dive for 2 trips (cow/calf and grassy/mingo) and with low key to the rhone. the reefs were in pretty good shape. would have liked to get more bottom time at the rhone (group turned back pretty early at around 30 to 35 min). overall, pretty happy with the dives. really surprised the boat for low key didn't have a bathroom though.

I did my open water certification with Coki Dive, really enjoyed it. Boat was fully booked so I didn't get any boat dives in, so can't say how good that part is. Website says their 2 tank morning dives are 95 bucks including gear. Great people there and I'll definitely dive with them again when I go back next year.
