Why aren't more people taking up scuba diving?

I couldn't help but laugh because this is exactly what my LDS operation is like. Even the pricing is spot on.
It doesn't stop us from buying from him though. What can you on when you are Canadian and live in a small city. You can buy American and have UPS rape you on shipping costs or pay your local dive ....
