Based on the response given by a charter op in the Keys, I think that Phoenix shop should service everyone on ScubaBoard's regs for free one time :11:

I followed the Keys charter op thread you are referring to, and I really respect the way they handled there problem compard to the way the Phoenix shop handled there's. They turned a very negative situation into a very positive one.
