Why can't I upload pictures to my gallery?

I follow the instructions, it says its uploading, then I'm sent to My Gallery, but there's no new pictures.

what is the file size of the images you're trying to upload?

You may be exceeding the max file size.

try reducing the image size, and see if that helps.

It's three pictures in jpg totaling 13 megabytes.

The maximum file size is 2mb each
